Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with experience in mining projects, responsible for leading safety and occupational health management and ensuring regulatory compliance. We seek a professional with solid experience in **SSOMA supervision** in mining operations, committed to risk prevention and adherence to the highest safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) procedures, protocols, and standards in mining projects. * Supervise and ensure personnel in the field comply with safety measures. * Review and validate ATS, checklists, work permits, PETAR, IPERC, and other safety documentation. * Conduct field safety inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Lead safety talks, inductions, training sessions, and IPERC prior to commencement of activities. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing reports and action plans. * Participate in Occupational Safety and Health meetings and committees. * Ensure compliance with Law No. 29783, the Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health in Mining (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM and amendments), and other applicable regulations. * Report to the Operations Manager. **Required Profile** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and/or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 1 year of active professional licensure since obtaining the license (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in mining projects or operations (mandatory). * Verifiable experience exclusively in mining (mandatory). * Experience in field supervision, ATS, IPERC, PETAR, work permits, safety inspections, and safety audits. * Experience in incident investigation and preparation of SSOMA reports. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations in mining. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * **Immediate availability** to work under the specified regime and travel to mining projects nationwide. **What We Offer** * MYPE payroll from day one. * Compensation: 4,000 soles. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * Per diems when applicable. * Participation in high-demand mining projects. * Professional development opportunities. **How to Apply Directly?** Send your documented CV, professional degree certificate, valid professional license, certificates, and employment verification documents via WhatsApp to 957 746 764, specifying the position you are applying for: “SSOMA Supervisor \- Mining Projects”.
