Job Summary: Support the assembly of metal structures by performing lifting, pre-assembly, adjustment, and preparation of the work area, following safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of tools and strict compliance with safety regulations **Job Profile: Structural Assembly Assistant** Main Responsibilities * Lifting support: Assist in hooking, guiding, and positioning beams, columns, and panels during lifting operations. * Pre\-assembly and adjustment: Install bolts, perform preliminary tightening, and assist in basic assembly on ground or at height. * Work area preparation: Organize tools, clean the work area, and supply materials to the structural fitter. * Basic measurement: Use tape measures, levels, and squares to verify simple alignments. Requirements and Competencies * Experience: Basic knowledge in construction, metalworking, or elementary reading of assembly drawings. * Physical abilities: Excellent physical condition and approved medical fitness for working at heights. * Tool handling: Familiarity with drills, grinders, impact wrenches, and hand tools. * Safety: Strict adherence to occupational risk prevention regulations and mandatory use of PPE (harness, lifeline, helmet). Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
