Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. **Job Description** A metal-mechanical company specializing in bodywork manufacturing is seeking a Junior Plant Supervisor, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily production operations, ensuring compliance with objectives, quality standards, safety requirements, and company-established procedures. **Responsibilities** * Support planning, coordination, and control of daily production operations in the metal-mechanical plant. * Supervise operational personnel (welders, assemblers, painters, and assistants), verifying achievement of production targets and quality standards. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations across all work areas. * Ensure correct implementation of procedures from the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Monitor efficient use of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. * Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and corrective repairs of machinery and equipment. * Record and report production indicators, efficiency, manufacturing cycle times, and waste levels. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in bodywork manufacturing processes. * Provide support in training and motivating operational staff. * Report incidents, progress, and results to the Operations and Projects Management. **Profile** * Industrial Engineering students from the 8th semester onward. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in metal-mechanical plants, structural fabrication, or related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of welding processes, assembly of metal structures, and bodywork manufacturing (preferred). * Basic knowledge of industrial safety regulations and use of PPE. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic understanding of management systems under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and learning ability.
