Job Summary: We are seeking an HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Supervisor to implement and oversee QHSE management systems, investigate incidents, and train personnel. Full-time employment with all statutory benefits **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with the QHSE Management System in accordance with applicable legal regulations and internal standards. * Implement, maintain, and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems (as applicable). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures for operational activities. * Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, and follow-up on action plans. * Train personnel on topics related to safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental protection. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, preparing reports and corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate with department heads and operational units to ensure QHSE standard compliance. * Supervise proper use of PPE and adherence to operational procedures. * Respond to external inspections and audits. **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. **(Preferred)** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor. **(Preferred)** * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legislation. * Proficiency in IPERC matrices, ATS, incident reports, and QHSE records. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Availability to work both in office and field settings. * Residence in areas adjacent to the district of Villa El Salvador and willingness to rotate across various locations. **(Preferred)** **Competencies:** * Leadership and supervisory capability. * Effective and assertive communication. * Organization and follow-up skills. * Preventive mindset and commitment to compliance. **We Offer:** * Full-time employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development. * Pleasant work environment.
