CIME INGENIEROS SRL, a company with 40 years of experience in the Peruvian market providing consultancy services for public and private construction projects—including urban construction supervision, building construction, roadworks, and sanitation projects—is seeking one (01) MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR.
**JOB MISSION:** Supervise and coordinate the execution of mechanical maintenance tasks for the equipment fleet, reviewing maintenance quality to ensure asset availability and support operational continuity.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Distribute, assign, and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance tasks (preventive maintenance, inspections, scheduled corrective maintenance) and unscheduled maintenance activities for the assigned equipment fleet.
* Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks assigned to personnel under direct supervision, coordinating with third parties for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work execution.
* Monitor quarterly tool inventories, including both hand tools (technicians’ toolkits) and tools stored in the tool warehouse (diagnostic tools).
* Monitor orderliness and cleanliness before, during, and after maintenance work execution, both in workshops and on-site.
* Review documentation generated in the workshop resulting from equipment servicing, for subsequent submission to Planning.
* Supervise equipment shutdown and handover in coordination with the Operations department.
* Monitor work orders and corrective maintenance notifications, overseeing technical closure of work orders.
* Support monitoring and preparation of weekly and daily electrical maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
* Implement defined contingency and/or action plans in response to unscheduled shutdowns.

Requirements
**1.\- Degrees:** MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
**2.\- Experience:** Minimum 5 years overall
**3.\- Technical Tools:** EXCEL (Intermediate), AUTOCAD
**4.\- Licenses:** Degree holder, registered with the professional association, and duly licensed,
**KNOWLEDGE:**
* Knowledge of pneumatics
* Operational cost (OPEX) and capital project (CAPEX) control and management
* Definition of objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and interpretation of management metrics (cost/performance)
* Maintenance planning and execution
* Spare parts and materials management knowledge
* Ability to read parts manuals and engineering drawings
* Knowledge of occupational health and environmental safety practices in construction maintenance
