Description

Job Summary: Responsible for safety inspections, SSOMA documentation, PPE supervision, procedure compliance, and safety culture promotion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled safety inspections 2. Promote safety culture and risk prevention 3. Deliver five-minute safety talks and training sessions * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled safety inspections in work areas. * Prepare, record, and update occupational safety and health documentation. * Supervise and ensure correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Verify compliance with safety procedures according to performed activities. * Deliver five-minute safety talks and training sessions as per the established schedule. * Maintain up-to-date SSOMA system forms, records, and controls. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Promote safety culture and risk prevention among personnel. Availability to work in Lurin, ref. Km40 Working hours: 6 AM – 6 PM (overtime compensated) Saturday: 6 AM – 12 PM (variable) 3-month probationary period, followed by formal payroll enrollment Immediate availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
