Position Summary: We are seeking a competent Topographic Technician to perform surveys, construction layout, calculations, and maintenance of topographic equipment for sanitation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cadastral surveys and sanitation projects 2. Proficiency in Total Station, leveling instruments, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD 3. Knowledge of topographic layout for construction Our company is seeking a Topographic Technician who meets the following profile: Competent in surveying with completed studies as a Construction Technician. At least two (02) years of experience in cadastral surveys and sanitation projects (drinking water and sewerage). Experience operating Total Stations and leveling instruments. Knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge or specialization in topographic layout applied in the construction sector. Familiarity with SGIOC to obtain activity data requested by Sedapal. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for proper care and use of assigned topographic equipment. Responsible for completing quality protocol documentation related to surveying. Conducts topographic surveys, construction layout, and engineering project layout. Performs calculations and graphical representations of topographic measurements. Identifies suitable operational points for conducting topographic surveys. Performs land leveling and topographic measurements. Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance of surveying equipment. Prepares draft drawings for topographic maps. Maintains orderly equipment and worksite, reporting any anomalies. Prepares periodic reports on activities performed. Performs any other related tasks assigned. Prepares lot subdivision layout. Prepares utility pole location layout. Performs layout of construction works. Knows and applies quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company-established documentation related to duties and controls. Education: Topographic Technician or Bachelor of Civil Engineering with experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
