Ensure that recruitment, training, and business development processes are carried out in an agile, efficient, and successful manner.
**Candidate Requirements**
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications:
* University graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience:
* Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in industrial, construction, energy, or mining companies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage personnel requirement requests submitted by business clients.
* Request the Personnel Requirement Officer to submit the Position Needs Form, ensuring that the job posting and recruitment align with the required profile and are duly signed by the appropriate parties.
* Conduct personnel recruitment processes, leveraging internal and/or external sources to attract a broad pool of applicants, and presenting the most suitable candidates for the position.
* Perform curriculum screening and preliminary telephone interviews to verify information provided in CVs, then schedule qualified candidates to begin the corresponding process.
* Schedule candidate interviews; ensure and verify completion of the Employment Application Form; conduct interviews and psychological evaluations aligned with the applied-for position.
* Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and evaluations conducted by the Personnel Requirement Officers to determine selection outcomes.
* Prepare the pre-selection psycho-occupational report prior to submission of the shortlist.
* Coordinate and schedule occupational medical examinations for selected candidates, as applicable.
* Issue offer letters to selected candidates and coordinate onboarding and contracting procedures.
* Request and safeguard documentation for selected personnel to be included in their personal file (e.g., documented CV, valid identification documents, police background clearance certificate, photographs, etc.), as well as ensure completion of company-established forms.
* Development and Training Activities.
* Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
