




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to provide technical assistance to users, manage access permissions, resolve incidents, and perform equipment maintenance, with a strong service-oriented mindset. A key role in technical support and team management Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users on systems such as Mediweb, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and others. Manage user access: creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts across various platforms. Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by different departments. Log and track incidents using internal tools (Monday.com). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (PCs, laptops, printers). Assist with installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment. Maintain and keep updated the equipment and access inventory. Verify proper network functionality across office locations. Support management of technology vendors (equipment, telephony, etc.). Operate and provide support for the telephone switchboard. Conduct site visits or campaign support as required. Assist with on-site equipment assembly and configuration. Essential Requirements: Technical or university degree in Computing, Informatics, or related fields. Minimum 3–6 months of experience in technical support or similar roles. Knowledge of: Monday.com, hardware and software support, basic networking, user and access management. Basic to intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools. Key Competencies: Service orientation, clear communication, organization, responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork. Conditions: Work Modality: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Location: La Marina – San Miguel MYPE employment regime. Inter-site transfers as needed.
