We are looking for a **Speech-Language Therapist** to join our comprehensive care team. **Job Objective**: Assess, diagnose, and intervene in communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering personalized treatment to improve patients' quality of life. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct diagnostic assessments of language, speech, voice, and swallowing. * Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on each patient's needs. * Provide guidelines, counseling, and consistent follow-up to families and caregivers. * Prepare progress reports and maintain records of therapeutic sessions. * Maintain work materials and supplies in optimal condition. **Requirements** * Academic degree: **Bachelor's Degree** in Speech-Language Therapy, Medical Technology in Speech-Language Therapy, or related fields. * Clinical experience or solid clinical training in managing language and speech disorders. * Commitment to service, empathy, tolerance, and excellent communication skills. * Proactivity and dedication to continuous improvement. **Working Conditions** * **Monthly salary:** S/ 1,400 * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. **We Offer** * A pleasant working environment. * Opportunity for growth and continuous learning.
