RESPONSIBILITIES · Supervise Visicooler transportation and distribution operations. · Monitor route adherence, delivery times, and service levels. · Supervise fuel control, operational costs, and transportation KPIs. · Verify proper handling of documentation (waybills, invoices, and reports). · Manage incidents and provide timely customer service. · Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and transportation laws. · Plan routes and optimize operational resources. · Handle cash and administrative controls related to operations. REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving transportation and goods distribution. · Knowledge of logistics, transportation, fleet management, and road safety. · Experience managing and supervising personnel. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate Excel). · Experience handling operational documentation (waybills, invoices, and reports). · Familiarity with freight transportation regulations and standards. · Knowledge of local routes and geography of the assigned area. · Willingness to travel within the assigned area. · Good health and physical condition.
