We are currently seeking top talent to fill the **LINE WAITER** position across our various locations and operations. **GENERAL JOB DETAILS** * **Job Title:** Line Waiter * **Department:** Kitchen / Service * **Location / Operations:** Mining camps * **Ares Caylloma:** **14x7** work schedule * **Espinar:** **6x1** work schedule **MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE** Deliver to customers the various meals scheduled on the daily menu, demonstrating courtesy and speed in service, while attentively addressing their feedback to ensure a relaxing and comfortable dining experience, all in compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS** * Prepare tableware, equipment, and required food items to deliver quality service to customers at service lines. * Apply established procedures for cleaning, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control in the service and tableware areas used during public service hours. * Assist in preparing beverages, breakfasts, snacks, and simple sauces. * Provide direct service to diners. * Comply with applicable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND SAFETY** * Question any conditions that may compromise workplace safety. * Suggest improvements to enhance work efficiency and area safety. * Attend scheduled training sessions. * Promote teamwork and maintain preventive conduct. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. * Follow verbal and/or written instructions issued by supervisors. * Report any incidents at work to the immediate supervisor. * Consistently practice order and cleanliness. **JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar positions (food concessions, restaurants, or mining camps). * **Training / Knowledge:** Knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices (GHP). * **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication skills at all levels; dynamic and responsible. * Honest, empathetic, and organized. * Flexible and adaptable to change. * Results-oriented. * Foster collaboration and promote teamwork. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Production bonus. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Meals and accommodation coverage in camp. * Excellent working environment.
