Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant At CENERIS Environmental & Hygiene Solutions, we are seeking a Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant who is oriented toward order, control, and operational support to contribute to the proper handling of the company’s goods and materials. Job Objective Provide support to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager in operational and administrative activities, ensuring proper receipt, dispatch, control, and inventory of goods in accordance with the Integrated Management System guidelines. Main Responsibilities Assist in the receipt and dispatch of goods. Control and update physical and virtual stock. Conduct inventories and internal controls. Record and assign materials, tools, and equipment. Issue and track delivery guides (guías de remisión). Comply with company management system procedures, regulations, and standards. Participate in quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health activities. Requirements Technical diploma or graduate in Administration, Accounting, International Business, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control. Proficiency in office software (Word and Excel). Desirable: database and SQL system experience. (desirable) Driver’s license A1. Minimum 3 months of driving experience.
