AC Logistics is searching for top talent to fill the position of: **Warehouse Assistant / Coca-Cola Bottling Plant / MEGA DUEÑAS** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a stacking operator, warehouse assistant, or production operator (preferred). * Experience in picking, packing, and sorting products (desirable). * Valid certificate of completed secondary education or RENIEC C4 certification (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 AM \- 2 PM / 2 PM \- 10 PM / 10 PM \- 6 AM). * Residence in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima / Callao. **Responsibilities:** * Adhere to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures outlined in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the Environmental Aspects Matrix. * Identify non-conforming products from operational stock. * Perform unloading of units arriving from delivery routes. * Record inventory losses occurring within the warehouse. * Transport damaged or lost products to the exchange zone. * Track product batch numbers and/or incoming dates to ensure proper rotation. * Maintain products in clean and good condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Essalud, CTS, family allowance, profit sharing, vacation). * Daily wage of S/40 (monthly base salary of S/.1200 \+ overtime pay). * Additional Food Card benefit of S/.61 per month after completing the third month. * Quarterly performance bonus. * Night shift bonus (applicable when working shifts between 7 PM and 7 AM). * 100% covered meals in our company cafeterias. * 100% covered commuting transportation (round-trip). * Corporate benefits (education support, contests, awards, vacation allowances, among others). * Statutory life insurance coverage from the first day of employment. * Accident insurance. **AC Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer.
