We prefer someone who **researches and advances three steps ahead**, over someone waiting for instructions. **THE CHALLENGE:** You won’t be a “coffee-fetching assistant.” From Day 1, you’ll own an **Independent Project**, responsible for real clients with measurable needs. * You’ll build functional websites and landing pages using **Generative AI** (Lovable, Antigravity, v0\.dev, etc.) to accelerate design and coding. * You’ll learn to “clean” and standardize your code with AI assistance. * You’ll research and experiment with new frameworks. **YOU’LL RECEIVE PREMIUM MENTORSHIP:** You won’t be alone. You’ll work directly under our **2 Senior Developers** (SEO and Web experts with years of experience). They’ll mentor you to transform your “creative chaos” into high-level professional code. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate (SENATI, National or Private Technological Institutes nationwide). * Basic knowledge—even if unstructured (HTML, CSS, JS)—and strong curiosity about modern frameworks. * **Passion for AI:** Eagerness to master tools like Lovable, Antigravity, etc. * **Attitude:** Fully energized, honest, and hungry to learn. * *Not required:* Prior formal experience, nor expertise in systems analysis or Git (we’ll refine those here).
