Job Summary: Le Cordon Bleu is seeking a Social Worker to design and implement wellness, integration, and quality-of-life programs for employees and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordinate wellness and quality-of-life programs. 2. Manage social and health cases, and administer corporate benefits. 3. Lead activities that strengthen integration and a sense of belonging. Le Cordon Bleu, the world’s leading educational network for training excellence in gastronomy and hospitality, is seeking to welcome a Social Worker onto its team who meets the following criteria: **Responsibilities:** Design, coordinate, and implement wellness, integration, and quality-of-life programs for employees and their families. Coordinate with the occupational physician to execute preventive health programs, vaccination campaigns, medical check-ups, and occupational medical examinations (OME). Monitor absenteeism, health, and wellness indicators, generating reports and improvement proposals. Manage and follow up on social and health cases or special situations requiring institutional support. Coordinate with ESSALUD and other entities regarding procedures related to subsidies, economic benefits, and rights accreditation. Administer corporate benefits related to health, insurance, and wellness programs. Organize campaigns, workshops, and talks on mental health, stress management, healthy habits, and personal development. Lead institutional activities and corporate celebrations that strengthen integration and a sense of belonging. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and sexual harassment follow-up management. Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree, licensed, or registered professional in Social Work, Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience managing wellness programs, workplace climate initiatives, employee experience projects, or corporate social work. Knowledge of occupational health and subsidy administration. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
