Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Assistant to disseminate activities, strengthen institutional presence, and generate creative content. Key Highlights: 1. Create graphic pieces and audiovisual materials for various activities. 2. Support communication and dissemination campaigns on social media. 3. Contribute to strengthening the institutional image with creative content. We are currently looking for a COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT to help promote our activities and enhance our institutional presence. Main Responsibilities: • Create graphic pieces, audiovisual materials, and other communication resources related to activities carried out by the Procurement Executive Unit (NEC). • Provide support in implementing communication and dissemination campaigns on social media to promote institutional calls and activities. • Assist in organizing, covering, and executing events, workshops, and activities conducted by the NEC. • Contribute to strengthening the institutional image through the generation of creative and high-quality content. Required Profile: Education: • Communications • Journalism • Marketing • Graphic Design • Advertising • Related fields Academic Level: • Certified Technician (minimum 3-year program), or • University studies with at least 3 completed years. Training: * Intermediate-level proficiency in WORD PRESS is desirable Courses totaling a minimum of 20 hours in: • Corporate Communication • Marketing • Public Relations • Advertising • Journalism • Public Management • Administration or related fields Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of general experience in the public and/or private sector. • Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, advertising, public relations, or related functions. • Minimum required level: Assistant or Technician.
