Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to enhance both decision-making and project execution processes through your work, and to add professional value to internal clients. You are responsible for ensuring the security and protection of employees, customers, visitors, and property. Among other activities, this includes organizing personal protection services in foreign countries experiencing political instability or legal insecurity. Focus on managing and resolving security incidents identified at workplaces. Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its WATER business, is seeking an Asset Security Manager meeting the following profile: Responsibilities: * Advise the General Management and other managerial levels on security and prevention policies, procedures, and standards, as well as on protection and investigation related to all aspects of comprehensive physical and facility security, including machinery, equipment, vehicles, and materials—always prioritizing worker safety and health. * Conduct a study and/or diagnosis of physical and asset security both inside and outside company facilities (offices, warehouses, pedestrian access, vehicle access, visitor control, field personnel, field vehicles, etc.), as well as external security—always prioritizing worker life and health. * Establish procedures for controlling personnel entry and exit, as well as that of vehicles and company assets. * Monitor field vehicles, equipment, and machinery, reporting any incidents involving them—such as driver speeding or route deviation—always prioritizing worker life and health. * Verify and follow up to ensure that all personnel driving company-owned vehicles possess valid and properly maintained documentation; ensure documentation matches the assigned vehicle; report traffic violations for corresponding deductions, as well as speeding for accident prevention. * Assist, accompany, and advise workers at police institutions in cases of losses, robberies, and/or traffic accidents, to ensure clarification of facts for the benefit of workers and the company. * Coordinate with Safety Engineers, Base Coordinators, and Operational Base Coordinating Engineers to prepare and implement Emergency Prevention, Response, and Contingency Plans. * Act as intermediary between the company and the insurance provider in case of any type of claim, requiring clear knowledge of respective insurance policies. * Review and control vehicle and machinery checklists, ensuring they always contain the appropriate safety documents and equipment, in good condition and valid. * Conduct intelligence and counterintelligence activities to detect and prevent thefts and robberies both inside and outside company facilities. * Conduct unannounced visits and inspections of personnel performing field activities, always maintaining sound labor relations. * Report and/or communicate any contingencies, incidents, or observations detected during operations—both inside and outside company facilities—to Base Coordinators. * Receive and inspect vehicles in all cases of reception and delivery to ensure proper functioning and, above all, that required safety equipment is present—for both yourself and your team members. Requirements: * Former member of Police and/or Military Forces; Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of Police and/or Military Institutions * Minimum 2 years in similar positions * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of police and insurance matters * Familiarity with civil and criminal laws and procedures ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
