Job Summary: We are seeking a COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT to promote activities and strengthen the institutional presence by creating content and supporting social media campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to strengthening the institutional image with creative content. 2. Support communication campaigns and events. 3. Develop graphic materials and audiovisual content. We are currently looking for a COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT to help promote our activities and strengthen our institutional presence. Main Responsibilities: • Develop graphic materials, audiovisual content, and other communication resources related to the activities carried out by the Procurement Execution Unit (PEU). • Provide support in executing communication and outreach campaigns on social media to promote institutional calls and activities. • Assist in organizing, covering, and conducting events, workshops, and activities held by the PEU. • Contribute to strengthening the institutional image through the creation of high-quality, creative content. Required Profile: Education: • Communications • Journalism • Marketing • Graphic Design • Advertising • Related fields Academic Level: • Certified Technician (minimum 3-year program), or • University studies with at least 3 completed years. Training: * Intermediate proficiency in WORD PRESS is desirable Courses totaling a minimum of 20 hours in: • Corporate Communication • Marketing • Public Relations • Advertising • Journalism • Public Management • Administration or related fields Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of general experience in the public and/or private sector. • Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, advertising, public relations, or related functions. • Minimum required level: Assistant or Technician.
