Comply with safety and quality standards Our company urgently seeks construction workers for the Barranca area: RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform tasks specific to their specialty (masonry, formwork, rebar work, plastering, concrete pouring, etc.). * Interpret basic blueprints and follow instructions from the foreman or site supervisor. * Meet daily production and quality targets. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of assigned tools and equipment. * Comply with company-established safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Report any observed unsafe incidents, acts, or conditions in their work area. * Assist in training newly assigned personnel or helpers at their work front. * Participate in daily safety talks and operational meetings. * Report any material or tool requirements to the foreman or resident engineer. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a construction worker on construction sites or with contracting firms. **Immediate availability** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
