Technical coordination with the team, with a focus on safety and efficiency Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified First-Class Mason to join Zarzuela S.A.'s construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive technical experience, the ability to interpret complex drawings, and a rigorous approach to executing high-quality finishes. The candidate will report directly to the Site Manager or Foreman, ensuring all activities are carried out under the strictest standards of safety and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Execution of complex masonry works, including partition walls, cladding, installation of prefabricated components, and technical finishing tasks. * Interpretation of construction drawings and layout of structural elements. * Conducting precise measurements and preparing materials required for each project phase. * Technical coordination with laborers and assistants to optimize delivery timelines. * Supervision of proper use of tools and light construction machinery. * Strict adherence to occupational health and safety protocols, maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. Profile Requirements * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a First-Class Mason, preferably with companies in civil engineering or large-scale building construction. * Solid knowledge of construction materials, mortar mixes, leveling techniques, and professional finishing methods. * Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Construction Agreement – TPC) of 20 hours or equivalent. * Teamwork skills and a field-oriented problem-solving approach. * Availability to work at the company's current project locations.
