Management of EPC contracts and suppliers Position Mission: · Requirements: Professional in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing agricultural or infrastructure projects (design, execution, and closure). Knowledge of project management, cost control, contracting, and construction execution. Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to agricultural construction. Proficiency in irrigation system design software. Desirable certifications/diplomas: Project management certifications (PMI, IPMA) or EPC experience; training in safety and civil works. Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage agricultural projects from design to closure, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements. Manage EPC contracts and suppliers, guaranteeing technical and contractual compliance and project performance. Plan and supervise the execution of agricultural and infrastructure works (irrigation, drainage, etc.), including testing and commissioning. Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring deliverables and proper execution through inspections and commissioning. Identify and control risks while ensuring project documentation. Manage relationships with internal departments, authorities, and communities to ensure regulatory compliance.
