Job Summary: Export Assistant with experience in international trade, export documentation management, and handling of the export supply chain, coordinating with various stakeholders for shipments. Booking generation, bill of lading (BL) handling, and DAM correction EXPORT ASSISTANT Graduates from programs such as International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade areas (preferably in agro-exports), including management of all types of export documentation. Knowledge and hands-on experience across the entire export supply chain—from procurement, transportation, conditioning, shipment, to collection. Full proficiency in VUCE. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Kardex management. Booking generation, BL handling, and DAM correction. Numbering, preparation, dispatch, and tracking of all customer collection documentation sent abroad (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (COA), others) Coordinate with the relevant department for enabling and arranging inputs related to the export supply chain. Generate service orders and conduct documentary reviews at Temporary Warehouses. — Input of Matrix and VGM (via INTTRA, Sealand Extranet, and others). Coordinate with shipping lines, couriers, port agents, warehouses, and freight forwarders, as required, for assigned shipment-related tasks—both cargo and documentation. Prepare documents required for execution of tasks assigned to the Operations Department. Prepare filling and shipment reports. Kardex management capability. Willingness to undertake occasional travel. Preferably reside in Northern Lima. Pleasant working environment.
