Preferably 2–3 years of experience in operations within a cargo transportation company. Availability to relocate to Santa Anita and Callao. Advanced proficiency in Windows Office 365. Main Objectives: Analyze results from various performance indicators and propose improvements. Ensure customer services are delivered without incidents from the perspectives of quality, industrial safety, and road safety. Main Responsibilities: Delivers daily 5-minute safety briefings on topics including industrial safety, road safety, defensive driving, maintenance, service quality, and others. Ensures compliance with established standards for service delivery. - Immediately informs the customer and/or immediate supervisor of any deviations adversely affecting service. Ensures transport units are always in good working and presentable condition. Accompanies drivers to identify poor habits and general deviations. Executes petty cash and maintenance management. Manages unit inventories. Provides excellent customer service. Maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Monitors units via GPS and enforces maximum permitted speed limits.
