Job Summary: We are seeking talent in Environmental Engineering or Chemistry to manage quality and environmental systems, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Quality and Environmental Management Systems 2. Prepare reports for environmental regulatory entities 3. Train staff on environmental regulations We are looking for TALENT LIKE YOU to join our team. · REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of: Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). Knowledge of certifications in agro-industries. Willingness to work in Caral - Barranca. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare reports documenting implemented environmental measures, addressed to state environmental regulatory entities (OEFA, MINAGRI, and MINAN) and/or respond to such entities. Develop, administer, and disseminate Environmental Management System documentation based on ISO 14001 standards (policies, manuals, plans, programs, instructions, etc.). Monitor compliance with the company's environmental commitments related to its operational processes. Respond to authorities' requests concerning environmental matters. Provide direct training to organizational staff on environmental topics and regulations. Maintain all management documents, records, and external communications properly identified, organized, and archived according to the approved document control procedure. Manage solid waste, verifying compliance with agreements with the contracted operating company and submitting the waste declaration. Harmonize corporate standards related to environmental management, as well as receive and respond to audits. Develop and update legal requirements matrices, identification of environmental aspects, and impact assessments. Coordinate and verify that production plants and new investment projects have an Environmental Management Instrument approved by the competent authority.
