Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Assistant with knowledge of international trade, shipment management capabilities, and experience using digital tools for visual support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and coordinates export shipments. 2. Uses digital tools for export graphic materials. 3. A committed, proactive, and solution-oriented person in export operations. We are currently seeking an Export Assistant The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of international trade and the ability to coordinate and manage export shipments. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate experience using digital tools to create graphic and visual materials supporting export processes. This is an on-site position requiring a committed individual who meets deadlines and maintains a proactive attitude to resolve any challenges arising during the export process. Main Responsibilities: * Review and control of international trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, DAM, certificates, and customs documents). * Virtual archiving of shipments. * Completion of settlement files for drawback processing. * Tracking of maritime and air shipments. * Commercial Reports (Veritrade / Sunat / Senasa). * Quality reporting on shipment departures. * Issuance of Export Invoice / NCR / NDB. * Issuance of Export Waybill. * Coordination with Logistics Operators and third parties. * Access to VUCE for phytosanitary / Certificate of Origin procedures. * Various procedures assigned by the supervisor. * Management of the institutional portal. * Various procedures assigned by the supervisor.
