Job Summary: We are seeking a Pulp Sterilizer Operator to operate and control the thermal treatment of pulps, ensuring product quality and shelf life. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards We are looking for a Pulp Sterilizer Operator to join our team. We seek a responsive, focused individual with strong teamwork skills. Job Objective Operate and control the sterilizer/pasteurizer for thermal treatment of fruit and/or vegetable pulps, ensuring that specified time, temperature, and pressure parameters are met to guarantee product quality and shelf life. Main Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Start up, shut down, and operate the sterilizer following established procedures during processing and equipment cleaning. Parameter Control: Continuously monitor process variables: time, pressure, temperature, and flow rate. Data Recording: Complete production control forms to ensure process traceability. Hygiene Standards: Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices). Minimum job requirements include solid understanding of sterilization and quality control processes, as well as prior experience in a similar industrial environment. Technical Competencies Sterilization control and related procedures. Safety in handling steam. Maintenance of stainless-steel equipment and CIP (Clean-in-Place) system hygiene. Candidate Profile (Requirements) Education: Electrical technician, electrotechnology technician, or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience operating pasteurizers or industrial machinery in food plants. (2 years) Knowledge: Operation of thermal treatment equipment, touch-control equipment, automated equipment with electronic control.
