




Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection Assistant to manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to new employee induction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and publish job vacancies on various job boards. 2. Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate onboarding. 3. Manage departmental KPIs and conduct corporate inductions. We are a company with over 50 years of presence in the national market, a leader in the production and commercialization of animal protein, whose business purpose is the well-being and nutrition of Peruvian families. We offer a broad portfolio of meat-based food products, including chicken, turkey, pork, and processed items. Additionally, we operate industrial processing plants and breeding facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We are currently seeking (01) Selection Assistant (Temporary) for our processing plant in Huacho. Responsibilities: Verify that the personnel requisition form complies with recruitment and selection process guidelines. Review the job profile with the internal client. Publish assigned vacancies on various job boards. Conduct field recruitment and mass interviews when required. Perform telephone, internal, and resume-based candidate screening. Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews to validate each applicant’s professional profile. Coordinate and schedule pre-employment medical examinations. Request and collect documents required to compile personnel files. Coordinate with the requesting department the start date of the selected candidate. Prepare and submit the layout to the People Administration team. Schedule and facilitate corporate induction for new hires and maintain up-to-date induction records. Develop and keep departmental management indicators current. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory). 6 months of experience in similar positions or as an intern. Experience in mass recruitment processes (mandatory).
