We strive to innovate in every process we execute; therefore, we seek professionals committed to our mission. · We believe you could be our next Talent! · Your mission will be: To provide administrative support in core operational processes of the input warehouse, ensuring timely supply and distribution for balanced feed production. Your challenges will be: - Receive, verify, and reconcile material requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications outlined in the purchase order, invoice, delivery note, and/or supporting documents, in accordance with good storage practices. - Enter all incoming and outgoing input movements under your responsibility into the relevant systems. - Verify that received inputs are in optimal condition and promptly notify your immediate supervisor and the Procurement Department of any irregularities with the goods. - Verify that equipment and facilities related to receiving, warehousing, and dispatching are fully operational; otherwise, report to Maintenance, Manufacturing, or the Workshop as appropriate for repair. - Prepare daily and monthly inventory stock reports for departments requesting such information. - Prepare weekly reports on payment requests for loaders involved in macro-input supply to manufacturing. - Submit required documents to the Import Department for input nationalization, if applicable. - Depending on the zone, coordinate task execution and necessary resources for operations with the Regional Manager. · Important requirements for your application: - Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Administration, Logistics, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience. - Training courses in warehouse management, inventory control, heavy cargo handling, or supply chain management. · Why work with us? · You will become an essential part of a top-tier, leading poultry company in the Amazon region, contributing to the country’s socioeconomic development.
