Job Summary: We are seeking a talented architecture intern with expertise in 3D visualization to develop an architectural conceptual design for a suite complex and produce attractive renders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural conceptual design development for Airbnb suites. 2. Creation of 3D modeling and photorealistic renders. 3. Design of small-scale boutique/hospitality spaces. **About the Project** A real estate development project constructing an Airbnb-style suite complex. We seek a talented architecture intern skilled in 3D visualization to help translate the concept into professional drawings and compelling renders. **What You Will Do** * Develop the architectural conceptual design for four 30 m² suites on a 918 m² plot. * Prepare scaled layout plans (overall plan and unit-by-unit plans). * Create 3D modeling and photorealistic exterior and interior renders. * Propose optimal unit layouts to maximize views toward the hill. * Generate presentation views for investors. * Collaborate closely with the project’s responsible engineer. **Requirements** * Architecture student from the 7th semester onward or graduate (Bachelor’s degree). * Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software (at least one modeling tool + one rendering tool). * Competence in AutoCAD for 2D drafting. * Portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work (**mandatory for application**). * Creativity in designing small-scale boutique/hospitality spaces. * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. **Conditions** * Type: Pre-professional / professional internships. * **100% online / remote work** * Monthly stipend: S/ 1,200 – S/ 1,500 (based on experience and portfolio). * Occasional coordination meetings (in-person at our Monterrico/Surco office near the U.S. Embassy, or via video call). * Preference (additional scoring) will be given to candidates residing or studying near the office (Surco, Monterrico, La Molina, San Borja) to facilitate occasional in-person meetings. * Duration: To be determined based on project progress.
