Service tracking and planning Job Description: Job Description: We are Grupo J\&R Serge SAC, a company providing supply, installation, and maintenance services for air conditioning, fire alarm systems, and electrical services. We are currently seeking a professional with a technical or university degree in International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields for the position of Service Coordinator. Responsibilities include: \- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory). \- Service planning \- Experience in customer interaction and sales \- Efficient and timely coordination of services with operational staff and supervisors \- Service tracking, monitoring completion status, and identifying causes of delays \- Regular communication with supervisors to stay updated on the status of each service \- Communication with customers, follow-up on quotations, and responding to any questions or inquiries they may have \- Coordination with suppliers for materials or supplies required for each service or project \- Other duties inherent to the position \- MYPE payroll \- Salary = S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
