At **SYNOPSIS**, we are looking for professionals with experience in backend development and system integration, capable of participating in technology transformation projects within the financial sector. Project: Core Banking Migration Mode: Remote (with flexibility to attend occasional meetings upon prior coordination) Location: Lima, Peru Main Requirements * 3\+ years of backend development experience. * Experience with **Java**. * Development of **Microservices** and **REST APIs**. * Experience with **Spring Boot** or **Quarkus**. * Experience in integration using **Apache Camel**, **Red Hat Fuse**, or similar technologies. * Knowledge of: * Integration routes * Data transformation * Service orchestration * Experience in messaging/eventing with: * Apache Kafka * Red Hat AMQ * IBM MQ / Event Streams * Experience working with **Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift**. Bonus qualifications include experience in: * Banking, fintech, or high-transactional systems. * JBoss EAP. * OpenAPI / Swagger. * ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Jaeger. * HashiCorp Vault. * CI/CD, Git, and SonarQube. * Bantotal and BT Services. * Resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout).
