Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering or architecture professional to lead BIM management, define standards, coordinate teams, and represent the company on projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and management of BIM in projects. 2. Define BIM standards and working protocols. 3. Coordinate and train technical teams on BIM methodology. We are HM INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A., a private company composed of a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to providing engineering consultancy services in Sanitary Engineering for both public and private sectors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 4 years in BIM-related roles. * Proficiency in ISO 19650 standard and its information management principles. * Experience with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar). * Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM authoring tools. * BIM certification (e.g., BRE Academy, buildingSMART, or others) is a plus. * Leadership ability, communication skills, and strategic vision. **Responsibilities:** * Draft and maintain the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and EIRs (Employer’s Information Requirements) for each project. * Define the company’s BIM standards, templates, families, and working protocols. * Administer and supervise the Common Data Environment (CDE). * Coordinate with BIM coordinators to ensure compliance with information requirements. * Represent the company before clients regarding BIM and information management matters. * Lead technical team training, capacity building, and change management. * Conduct internal BIM quality audits.
