Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Engineer to advise customers, provide technical support, and certify products for networking and communications solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with teams on networking projects Hayex Technology SAC, a company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of comprehensive networking and communications solutions, is looking for a **COMMERCIAL ENGINEER**: **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out activities in accordance with customers' technical requirements before, during, and after a sale; perform product certification tests in coordination with the immediate supervisor and in collaboration with colleagues. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide specialized advisory services to customers regarding the solutions offered by the company. * Provide technical support to other departments within the company regarding technical inquiries related to the solutions. * Execute commercial agreements with the customer during the sales process; such agreements may include: technical support, training, configuration, and commissioning of the solution, coordinated with the immediate supervisor. * Review equipment failures reported by customers and validate warranty coverage for marketed equipment. * Certify products for new solutions in the networking laboratory. * Generate appropriate documentation as required for subsequent follow-up. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or related field. **Training:** * Knowledge of fiber optic networks. * Knowledge of telecommunications networks. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Willingness to travel. Company under the General Tax Regime. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
