We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in Arequipa. **Position Objective** Comprehensively lead contractual management for assigned projects, ensuring legal, technical, and commercial compliance of each contract. Responsible for risk prevention and mitigation, claim management, contractual control, and resolution of disputes with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer national and international contracts under NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC, APPs, and public works standards. * Supervise contractual stages from pre-award through commercial closeout. * Monitor valuations, cost variations, price adjustments, schedules, and budget deviations. * Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Prepare and substantiate financial claims and time extensions. * Lead dispute resolution processes before technical boards and arbitration tribunals. * Coordinate tenders, supplier qualification, and procurement of strategic subcontracts. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Control departments. **Requirements** * Law degree holder with active professional license. * Master’s degree in Corporate Law, MBA, or related specialization preferred. * Specialization or certification in Engineering and Construction Contract Management (NEC/FIDIC), Public Procurement, or Arbitration. * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contractual administration for infrastructure, construction, or mining projects. * Experience in large-scale, highly complex projects. * Proficiency in ERP, SAP, Power BI, and digital management tools. * Advanced English proficiency preferred. * Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. **Benefits** * General Regime payroll registration * Participation in high-impact, regionally significant projects. * Professional development within an innovative and continuously growing company. * Excellent work environment and collaborative culture. * Opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
