We are seeking a: **OPERATIONS CONTROLLER** Coordinate and supervise the ISP's operational activities, aligning work among the call center, technical support team, and commercial department to ensure efficient, organized, and customer-satisfaction-oriented operations. * Coordinate daily activities among the call center, technical support, and commercial departments. * Supervise the entire service activation, deactivation, and modification process. * Track installations, faults, and complaints. * Prioritize and escalate critical incidents. * Coordinate scheduling of installations and technical visits. * Verify compliance with committed service response times. * Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. * Monitor management indicators (installations, faults, cancellations, and customer satisfaction). * Identify opportunities for process and service improvement. * Support implementation and optimization of CRM systems and operational platforms. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, support, or customer service within telecommunications companies or ISPs. * Basic knowledge of FTTH/GPON networks. * Proficiency in CRM tools and ticketing systems. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and report generation.
