Controlling Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze costs, prepare financial reports, and optimize management control processes, with emphasis on budget monitoring and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and preparation of management control and cost reports. 2. Budget monitoring and optimization of financial processes. 3. Use of SAP for analysis and validation of financial information. Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze management control, cost, and profitability reports. * Monitor budget compliance and financial variances. * Participate in monthly closing processes and performance analysis. * Conduct variance analysis, financial indicator analysis, and operational KPIs. * Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial information. * Support the optimization and standardization of management control-related processes. * Use SAP for queries, analysis, and tracking of financial and operational information. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience using SAP. * Preferred: SAP Key User. * Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. Preferred * Knowledge of SAP FI/CO. * Experience in industrial, retail, mining, or fast-moving consumer goods companies. Cost Analyst Responsibilities * Analyze production, operational, and profitability costs by business line. * Develop cost structures and variance reports. * Support valuation and monthly closing processes. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization and reduction. * Monitor cost-related and operational efficiency indicators. * Validate data entered into SAP and ensure data consistency. * Coordinate with operational and finance departments for information analysis. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in cost analysis or budgetary control. * SAP user experience. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail.
