Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Engineer to prepare commercial proposals, unit price analyses, and evaluate the profitability of electromechanical projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of commercial proposals and quotations for electrical systems. 2. Design and updating of templates for direct and indirect costs. 3. Evaluation of project profitability, optimizing resources. We are Grupo J\&R Serge SAC, a company dedicated to the implementation of electrical projects and services, HVAC, fire alarm detection systems, and fire water systems. We are searching for top talent to fill the position of COST AND BUDGET ENGINEER: REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in cost and budget functions within the industrial sector, banks, shopping centers, or retail. * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. * Knowledge of substations, grounding grids, and related topics. * Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, S10\. * Ability to prepare budgets, technical reports, valuations, and documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations for low-voltage, medium-voltage, substation, grounding grid, and related electrical system projects. * Conduct unit price analyses (UPAs) based on quantity take-offs and technical specifications. * Design and update direct and indirect cost templates for each project. * Evaluate the profitability of proposed projects, optimizing resources without compromising quality.
