Here, you’ll learn from experts, work on high-impact projects, and stay consistently ahead in technology. #### **JOB DESCRIPTION: Data Governance & Quality Analyst (Squad Link)** We are looking for a **Data Governance & Quality Analyst** to serve as the key liaison between business needs and the technical team within our development *squads*. Your objective will be to structure, monitor, and ensure data quality, governance, and traceability—guaranteeing that critical data assets drive strategic business decisions in the financial sector. #### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Act as the first point of contact with the business, translating functional requirements into precise data requirements. * Identify, define, and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) within the domain, ensuring proper business context and rules. * Define, validate, and monitor data quality rules, manage incidents, and coordinate improvement plans. * Document end-to-end data traceability, lineage, and metadata management (origin, usage, and definitions). * Collaborate directly within agile *squads*, alongside *Product Owners*, *Scrum Masters*, and *Data Engineers*, to ensure timely delivery of solutions. * Promote a *data-driven* culture and ensure compliance with client security and governance policies. #### **What we require from you:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **2 to 4 years** of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management. * Prior experience in the **financial sector** (highly valued / essential). * Experience working under agile methodologies (**Scrum, Kanban**) and *squad*-based dynamics. * Proficiency in managing **CDEs (Critical Data Elements)**, data lineage, and metadata catalogs. * Intermediate **SQL** skills for data analysis and querying across ecosystems such as DWH, Data Lake, Azure, or Databricks. * Familiarity with the **DAMA-DMBOK** framework (desirable) and tools like **Jira**. ### **Profile That Matches** * You are passionate about technology and stay up-to-date (because falling behind is not an option). * You work goal-oriented and thrive in demanding environments. * You communicate clearly and build trust with both clients and teammates. * You analyze, solve problems, and negotiate with sound judgment. * You are autonomous, collaborative, and adapt well to flat organizational structures. ### **What You Get** * Indefinite-term contract + competitive salary aligned with your level and performance. * Continuous training (real, not just for show). * Personalized career plan: technical, functional, or managerial—you choose your path. * Solid benefits: EPS health insurance, Food Card. ### **If You Want Serious Growth** Bluetab, an IBM Company, is for those who seek impact, growth, and teamwork.
