




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive e-commerce administrator with strong analytical skills to manage platforms, oversee products, and coordinate digital and inventory strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of e-commerce and payment platforms. 2. Data analysis to optimize online sales and user experience. 3. Strategic coordination with marketing and logistics teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage the e-commerce platform and payment gateways. Publish, update, and monitor products (photos, descriptions, prices, stock, etc.). Verify that data uploaded to the platform matches the inventory system. Prepare sales, web traffic, and conversion reports. Analyze online sales performance. (Important) Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability. Coordinate with digital marketing teams on campaigns, banners, and promotions. Monitor the website’s checkout process. Identify issues in the payment or navigation process. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical or university degree in administration, marketing, digital business, commercial engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or online sales. Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience managing e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of inventory management and digital marketing.
