An Engineering and Mining Services Company is currently selecting the most qualified professional for the position of Electrical Engineer – Resident Supervisor. Requirements: * Licensed and duly registered Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the design and/or maintenance of distribution and/or power electrical substations. * Knowledge of the Regulation on Safety and Health at Work with Electricity – RESESATE (Ministerial Resolution No. 111\-2013\-MEM\-DM). * Knowledge of Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM and its amendment, Supreme Decree No. 023\-2017\. * Familiarity with applicable standards: CNE Supply, CNE Utilization, NFPA 70B, IEEE. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to prepare technical reports and management plans. * Willingness to work at a mining unit located at 4,000 m.a.s.l. (Espinar, Cusco). Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, working under pressure, effective communication at all levels, and adaptability to client standards. Conditions: * Employment type: Full-time * Work schedule: 14x7 or 20x10 (to be evaluated based on candidate profile) * Contract duration: 3 months * All travel expenses covered: transportation, meals, and accommodation.
