Positive work environment **TELSEN INGENIEROS SRL** is a company specializing in electrical motor maintenance with over 26 years of market experience, currently seeking 02 professionals to fill the position of **ELECTRICAL MOTOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**. **Requirements:** * Technical training in Maintenance Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of assembling motors, generators, slip rings, and axial fans, among related equipment. * Ability to conduct mechanical evaluations (vibrations, alignments, balancing, clearances). * Knowledge of and compliance with safety standards for industrial assembly and maintenance work. * Knowledge of preparing technical reports. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble low- and medium-voltage alternating-current electric motors, ensuring correct alignment and connection according to manufacturer specifications. * Install single- and two-stage axial fans in industrial ventilation systems, verifying balance, fixings, and mechanical operating conditions. * Assemble and connect slip-ring motors, including brush installation, collector chambers, and cooling systems, ensuring both electrical and mechanical continuity. * Install and couple electric generators, ensuring proper assembly, shaft centering, and free-rotation testing prior to commissioning. * Assemble direct-current motors, evaluating commutator, brush, bracket, and connection conditions for proper operation. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Positive work environment * Full statutory benefits as required by law * Weekly payments * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage * Professional growth Send your CV to 998 246 357 and join the **TELSEN INGENIEROS** family Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
