Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Installations Specialist for a bidding project, responsible for supervision and execution of building construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on construction projects with high standards For Bidding Project – Mechanical Installations Specialist **Mandatory Requirements:** ✅ Electromechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, duly registered and licensed. ✅ Minimum professional experience of 08 years calculated from the date of registration. ✅ Minimum specific experience of 36 months as: * Mechanical Installations Specialist. * Mechanical Installations Designer. * Mechanical Installations Executor. * Mechanical Installations Inspector. * Mechanical Installations Supervisor. ✅ Participation in **at least 03 building construction projects**, such as: * Hospitals. * Schools. * Financial institutions. * Institutional buildings. * Administrative headquarters. * Multi-family residential buildings. * Shopping centers. * Retail and similar projects. ✅ Verification that **at least one of the projects** meets at least one of the following criteria: * **Minimum of 05 floors and 01 basement**, or * **Minimum constructed area of 4,500 m².** **Required Documentation:** * Professional degree certificate. * Valid competency certificate. * Copy of professional registration. * Documents verifying experience (contracts, certificates, letters of confirmation, acceptance documents, etc.). * Notarized letter of commitment.
