Apply now and become part of this great team! Role Purpose We are looking for an FP\&A Intern for the Administration and Finance Management team. Your primary challenge will be to provide operational support in managing commission incentives and other tasks within the Management Control area. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, report automation, and process optimization. Additionally, you will participate in preparing key reports and support coordination across various company departments. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Supporting the calculation and processing of commissions for the commercial and sales areas. Tracking and updating databases related to incentives. Supporting the review and analysis of commission evolution and salary ranges. Generating productivity reports and cost analysis by cost center. Preparing comparative reports of Income Statements vs. Budget. Supporting data reconciliation with the Accounting department. Preparing operational reports for team presentations and meetings. Requirements **What do you need to take on this challenge? :** **Education:** Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience:** Preferably 6 months of prior internship experience in Management Control, Finance, or Accounting. **Computer Tools:** Excel \- Google Sheets (Intermediate\-Advanced).
