As a **Freelance Web Programmer / Designer**, your primary objective will be to improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of existing digital platforms. You will work directly on optimizing key web systems and databases essential for business operations. Key Responsibilities: * Optimize the performance of an existing website (loading speed, usability, and technical SEO). * Enhance and optimize a web-based customer management application. * Guide the client toward self-administration wherever possible. * Optimize database readability, accessibility, and management. * Identify opportunities for improvement in system architecture and structure. * Implement technological solutions to increase system efficiency. * Provide technical recommendations for scalability and maintenance. What are we looking for? We seek a **Freelance Web Programmer / Designer** with an analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to work autonomously. Requirements: * Minimum of **2 years of proven experience** in web development and/or design (portfolio required). * Proficiency in programming languages and tools necessary for the role. * Knowledge of web optimization (performance, technical SEO, and best practices). * Experience integrating and improving existing web systems. * Ability to document and technically justify solutions.
