We are recognized as an innovative and pioneering organization in implementing modern solutions for our patients. We are currently seeking a Fullstack Semi\-Senior Developer to join our IT team. **Position Objective** Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend web solutions, ensuring quality, security, and high performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platforms. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer. * Knowledge of frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, and development best practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web applications. * Implement new features and optimize existing ones. * Integrate services and APIs. * Participate in testing, technical documentation, and code reviews. * Apply security and quality best practices. * Propose continuous improvements to the platform. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary**: S/ 2,500 monthly.
