




Position Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Assistant to provide technical support, install, configure, and maintain equipment, manage user accounts, and participate in IT projects. Requirements \* Technical graduate or final-cycle student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. \* Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support and help desk services. \* Knowledge of hardware, LAN networks, PC and laptop configuration, printers, switches, and routers. \* Basic knowledge of MySQL, cybersecurity, and elementary English. \* Basic proficiency in Linux, Windows, iOS, and programming (PHP, Python, Java, C\+\+ and Bash). Responsibilities \* Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and connectivity. \* Install, configure, and maintain equipment, operating systems, and applications. \* Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets. \* Log and track incidents using the ticketing system. \* Support network administration and resolution of connectivity issues. \* Participate in IT department projects and initiatives.
