The **ELOMUX Training Program** is seeking an **Operations Management and Process Improvement Intern** interested in strengthening their knowledge by participating in real-world projects within a technology-driven environment. This position is primarily targeted at university students pursuing Industrial Engineering, as well as individuals interested in operational management, business organization, and continuous process improvement. You will engage in activities related to operational organization, process analysis and optimization, activity tracking, cross-departmental coordination, and continuous improvement—contributing to the enhancement of ELOMUX’s organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Track and organize operational tasks. * Support internal process control and improvement. * Coordinate activities across different organizational departments. * Prepare progress, tracking, and operational performance reports. * Organize information and documentation related to internal processes. * Identify opportunities for improving processes, procedures, and workflows. * Support the development of proposals to optimize productivity and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with various teams on continuous improvement and business organization initiatives. Candidate Profile: We are primarily seeking university students majoring in **Industrial Engineering**, as well as individuals interested in building a professional career in operational management and process improvement.
