INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SPECIALIST
At **PeruBN**, we are looking for an **IT Specialist** with solid technical knowledge and the ability to implement, manage, and optimize the organization's technological infrastructure.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of technological services, actively participating in innovation, support, and continuous improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
* Manage corporate networks and LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity services.
* Provide specialized second- and third-level technical support to internal users.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and communications.
* Implement and administer cybersecurity solutions.
* Manage monitoring and control tools for technological infrastructure.
* Implement, configure, and administer video surveillance systems, CCTV, and IP cameras.
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Administer and document configurations, procedures, and technological assets.
* Participate in infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
* Coordinate with technology vendors to address requirements and incidents.
* Propose improvements and optimizations for technological processes.
* Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in activity and project management.
* Conduct technical visits to clients to address incidents, perform site surveys, carry out installations, and provide technological infrastructure support.
* Transport equipment, tools, or materials required to execute technical services.
* Travel within or outside the city to attend to projects and services as required.
Requirements Academic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Networks and Communications, or related fields.
Experience
* Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.
* Experience in technological infrastructure administration.
* Experience in specialized technical support and incident management.
* Experience performing installations, maintenance, or technical support at client sites.
Technical Knowledge
* Windows Server and Linux administration.
* LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
* Cybersecurity.
* Monitoring tools.
* Structured cabling.
* CCTV and IP camera systems.
* Technological infrastructure management.

**Mandatory Requirement**
* **Valid Category A\-I driver's license.**
* **Availability to conduct technical visits and travel to client sites as required.**
