Job Summary: Utec is seeking an IT Support Assistant to diagnose, maintain, and repair printers, computers, and audiovisual equipment, providing technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions in printers of various brands and models. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and computer equipment. 3. Technical support to users and assistance in configuring classrooms and laboratories. At UTEC \- Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, we are seeking an **IT Support Assistant** **What will be your challenges?** * Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in printers of various brands and models, ensuring optimal performance. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, identifying improvement opportunities to reduce incidents and downtime. * Disassemble, assemble, and repair printing equipment as required. * Configure and administer print software, ensuring proper integration of devices with the university's technological infrastructure. * Provide technical support to internal users regarding printing and technological equipment. * Perform basic maintenance on computers and other computer equipment.
